    Picture this: woodfired pizza, cool-climate wines, and FREE live music in the heart of the Yarra Valley with our Summer Series of live music at IV.

    On select Saturday nights this summer, Rochford Wines transforms into a creative hub at Il Vigneto Pizzeria, showcasing Melbourne’s rising stars and local talent from the Yarra Valley.

    These family-friendly live music evenings are supported by the Victorian Government through the Community Support Fund and Creative Victoria, delivered by Music Victoria.

    Saturday 7 December – Rhys Sund
    With wistful lyrics and melodic harmonies, Rhys Sund crafts songs that feel both personal and universal. His breakout track “Don’t Lay It On Me” caught international attention in 2021, landing on Spotify playlists and charming audiences worldwide.

    Saturday 11 January – Andrew Shepherd
    With soaring vocal melodies, intricate guitar work, chunky pop grooves and influences including folk, blues, pop, rock, prog and heavy metal Andrew has entertained people all over the country and opened shows for artists including Russell Morris, Brian Cadd, Claymore, Thirsty Merc and many others.

    Saturday 18 January – Rain of Animals
    Pepita Emmerichs (Oh Pep!) and Theodore Barnard (Wire & Wool) combine their love of mandolin, fiddle, and harmony vocals in this enchanting collaboration. With roots in bluegrass, old-time, and swing, their music is a captivating blend of tradition and modernity.

    Saturday 25 January – Katankin
    Described as an artist who “writes and sings with spirit, soul, intensity, and passion” (Stuart Coupe), Katankin’s music is a rollercoaster of emotions. Her debut album “Said the Starling” is a powerful mix of poetic lyrics and dynamic arrangements, showcasing her incredible range.

    Saturday 8 March – Ben Strong
    Australiana folk singer songwriter Ben Strong spends his days surrounded by kookaburras, cockies, eucalypts and kangaroos in the sticks of Melbourne. He loves music, words, and connecting with his fellow humans. His debut EP will be out early 2025 and first official release “Searching for the Sun” was released on September 24.

    Saturday 15 March – Zeitgeist Riders
    This fiddle-led ensemble delivers originals and unexpected covers with a folky flair. Having toured across Europe, Japan, and Australia, they bridge cultures and genres with their delightful sound.

    Saturday 22 March – Josette O’Donnell
    Healesville-based songwriter Josette O’Donnell explores the depth of human experience through heartfelt songs. From childhood to motherhood, love to loss, her music resonates deeply, often moving listeners to tears.

    Saturday 17 May – Archer
    A folk musician, poet, and storyteller, Archer blends country blues with lyrics inspired by nature and community. Recently featured in the cult documentary “I’m Wanita”, he captivates audiences with his raw authenticity.
